Etiquette

 

 

Uh-oh. As with any organized fun, there are some rules. But don’t worry, they exist only to help enhance your experience!

 

THE DOWN LOW:

1. Lifeline
We know your phone is an extension of your body. But texts and incoming phone calls is distracting. We kindly ask that you leave your phones at the front desk or in your locker.
2. Chatty Cathy
Talking is a natural thing we humans like and need to do, but we ask that you avoid chatting during your ride.
3. Come Clean
You’re going to sweat … a lot. But that still doesn’t mean you should wear dirty workout clothes. Be kind to your neighbors and wash!
4. R-E-S-P-E-C-T
For an hour, the riders next to you are your neighbors. Treat them how you want to them to treat you, and everything will be just F-I-N-E.
5. Strays
Not planning on riding with the pack? Pick a spot out of view of other riders so you can do your own thang in your own space.
