Loren Kurtz
Loren has been involved in athletics and fitness her entire life. She continues to use short-term goals and accomplishments to foster her long-term goal of a healthy, fit life. Loren is an avid soccer player. She started playing at the ripe age of 6, and added weight training to her conditioning during her high school years. After playing soccer through college, she turned her attention primarily to weight training and competitive bodybuilding. One thing led to another and she found herself as a participant in the American Gladiator series. Over the past several years, her goals and accomplishments have involved running and have included road races from Marathons to 5K’s, all along continuing weight training to foster her results. Recently she has blended a passion for running with her experience in weight training to create a balanced program with great results.
